Shu Academy Preschool nurtures the whole child through play-based experiences thoughtfully balanced with intentional instruction. We ignite children’s natural curiosity through exploration, creativity, and hands-on discovery, while building a strong educational foundation that supports social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. We also prioritize extended outdoor exploration every day, providing children with meaningful time in nature to move, discover, and learn through active play. Our mission is to empower every child to explore their interests, develop confidence, and grow into their full potential.

MANDARIN BILINGUAL

Our Mandarin bilingual program provides children with the opportunity to develop fluency in both language and cultural understanding from an early age. Through consistent, meaningful exposure in daily routines and interactions, children build strong communication skills, cognitive flexibility, and a deeper awareness of the world around them. This dual-language foundation equips students with the confidence and perspective to navigate and connect within an increasingly global community.

SHU Academy Learning Lab is an educational platform bridging research, real-world experience, and meaningful conversations about learning. Through research projects, talks, events, and media, we explore learning, thinking, and growth from childhood through the teenage years.
